Which to buy: pricy or bargain? Does extra price mean extra quality? Two item compared in everyday use.

Item 1: BOURJOIS HEALTHY MIX FOUNDATION Color #50 Rosy Ivory (price 4,56€- 11,13€)
- Dry or dehydrated skin compatible, suitable for mostly young skin, with subtle rosy undertone and poor coverage.

Item 2: PERFECTION LUMIÈRE VELVET SMOOTH-EFFECT MAKEUP BROAD SPECTRUM SPF 15 Color 020 Beige (price 37,15€-48,14€)
- All skin types, suitable also for dehydrated and dry skins, good coverage and longevity, perfecting effect on skin, yellowish undertone.
After all, I came back to my normal, reasonably priced items.
